7 Steps to be Resilient and Solve Any Problem

2020 was certainly a crazy year, and it's not over yet! I thought 2019 was a tough year as I added kupuna (elder) caretaker responsibilities and focused on my family. I chose the word "Resilience" as my theme for 2020.


However, 2020 was even more challenging with COVID-19 that hindered my coaching and consulting business and lifestyle. Furthermore, my father passed away peacefully in October. The grieving process and follow-up on legal matters are awakening life lessons.


But I continued to be resilient, followed the process, and reached out to others for help. It is a proven path that gives me the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual strength to deal with many changes and challenges in life.


I joined the Hawaii team at the U.S. Small Business Administration and helped small businesses recover, adapt, and rebound from the impact of COVID-19. And I continue to serve EEpath coaching clients to be resilient to lead and live well, no matter what the circumstances may be.

For 2021, I will continue using "Resilience" as my theme to support Hawaii's community and leaders. You are not alone. Be calm and carry on...
